Bahareque-Walled Toilet
The facility includes four units—two for males and two for females—along with a shared basin area, designed with both functionality and environmental responsibility in mind.
The walls of the toilet facility utilize bahareque construction technology, combining a pine wood frame with flattened bamboo and reinforced with cement plaster on both sides. A chicken-wire mesh supports the plaster for added strength, ensuring durability and stability. The wall thickness is 6 inches, providing excellent insulation for temperature control.
The stone slate tiles is used for the flooring and wall coverings, which offers a natural, rustic finish and also ensure durability and long-lasting performance. The roof is constructed with clay tiles featuring two side slopes, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and weather resistance of the structure.
