1. What is the right method of bamboo harvest?
A few things need to be considered during bamboo harvest are:
- All bamboo needs to be harvested during the dry season (Oct-May).
- Bamboo needs to be harvested during the morning time.
- Mature bamboo needs to be harvested of more than 2.5 years.
2. How to treat bamboo?
Bamboo treatment is the process of removing starch from bamboo using different methods. The traditional method includes dipping bamboo into pond or running water such as stream or river.
When the right bamboo is harvested, the harvested bamboo is then brought to the treatment center within 72 hours of harvest. Boron compound consisting of Boric acid and Borax are mixed in the ratio of (1:2) Kg in the 100 liters of water for 7 to 10 days.
3. How to avoid cracks in bamboo?
Bamboo cracks appear when the bamboo is not dried uniformly. So, in order to avoid cracks we need to avoid direct contact from sunlight, remove the excessive liquid in bamboo after treatment by vertical drying with frequent rotation, horizontal drying the bamboo by facing the bamboo north south direction and storing it in cool and dry place with proper shade.
4. What is treated bamboo?
When the rightly harvested bamboo is treated using boron compound chemical for 7 to 10 days, the starch in the bamboo is removed, hence making bamboo less vulnerable to any chemical attack.
1. Why is bamboo furniture expensive?
Just a quick note to remember all of our bamboo furniture undergoes a process where it is treated with a boron compound to make it termite-free and dimensionally stable. After treating the bamboo, skilled craftsmen handcraft the furniture using basic tools, interlocking the pieces with bamboo nails. The furniture is then meticulously sanded and polished to achieve the desired color and finish.
2. What kind of furniture do you manufacture?

3. How long will it take to deliver bamboo furniture after the order?
“The delivery time for our regular production furniture, such as sofas, stools, chairs, and tables are 15 days. However, for larger quantities of orders or customized furniture, the delivery will take place within 30 to 45 days in batches.”
4. What is the maximum width of the bamboo blinds?
The maximum width of the bamboo blinds is 4 ft, and the length can be customized. The blinds are suitable for outdoor use. When the width of the bamboo exceeds 4 ft, the bamboo strips start to curve.
5. Is there any guarantee in bamboo furniture?
Yes, we have 2 years of grantee on bamboo furniture.
6. Can bamboo furniture be used outdoor?
Yes, we can use bamboo furniture for outdoor, if we avoid direct rain and sunlight for longer period of time. We use high quality paint from Eco Green which consist of 3 layers of coating to make it resistance to sun and water.
1. What kind of construction work do you do with bamboo?
We construct structures ranging from Gazebo, Pavilion, Hall, Villa, Single or Double Storey houses and different kinds of buildings where bamboo can be used as structural or roofing components.
2. What is the cost of constructing a natural building?
The cost of construction depends upon factors such as
- Site location and transport accessibility of raw materials till site.
- Materials used to roof, door, window and wall.
- Design of the building with total surface area.
- Foundation of the building
- Finishing materials used such as flooring, toilet and bathroom accessories, lights and fixtures
Hence, the cost ranges from 1000 per Sq ft to 4500 per Sq ft. Depending upon the customer’s needs we can build low-cost housing structures to high end villas and pavilions.
3. Do you provide free consultation?
For the first few meetings we can provide free consultation regarding how to use bamboo and natural materials as a building component. However, after that as the project takes shape with the confirmation from the client, we proceed further with the contract agreement.
4. Does the bamboo structure drawing get approved by the municipality?
The single Storey bamboo structure drawing gets approved by municipality under the name of temporary structure.
5. What kind of materials do you work with besides bamboo?
We work with all kinds of natural materials such as rammed earth, hemp, stone, wattle and daub using bamboo, wood, metal or concrete as a structural component.
6. What is the period for the construction of natural buildings?
The fastest period of constructing bamboo house is 45 days and will take up-to 6 months depending upon the factors mentioned in answer of 2.
7. Do you only provide drawing, design and consultation services?
Yes, we also work only as a consultation firm where we only provide services required by the customers.

Yes, we offer unpaid internship programs lasting 3 to 6 months for national and international students. To apply, interested candidates can submit their CVs to our official email address.

4. Does the workshop/ training provide any certification?
Yes, we provide certification for trainer from GBC.
